Established in June 1971, by Dr Dharam Duggal PhD and Dr Saroj Duggal MBE, PhD 

As an independent insurance broker and underwriter we’re able to provide you with a unique balance of professional expertise, service and of course value for money.

Our Team

  • Miss Neelam K Duggal Cert CII, BA - Director

    Miss Neelam K Duggal worked in the family business since she was a child. Whilst taking a different career path, her heart and passion was to continue with the family business. Using her personal skills and degree she was able to make the relevant changes for the company. She works closely with the high NetWorth businesses and clients as well as communicating with relevant underwriters in ensuring that Crownsway has the right scheme in place for their clients. She also flows in all department in ensuring that main targets have been met. 

  • Dr Saroj Duggal Finance Director

    Dr Saroj Duggal came from a business family environment in Kenya and joined Crownsway in 1971, continuously striving in making it the success that Crownsway is today.

  • Dr Dharam Duggal Managing Director

    Dr Dharam Veer Duggal PhD came from India in 1965 and established Crownsway Insurance Brokers Limited in 1971 alongside co- director Dr Saroj Duggal PhD (Mrs).

  • Mr Mohammad S Khan Commercial Manager

    Cert CII- Mohammad has been with Crownsway Insurance Brokers Limited for number of years working in the Claims and Commercial Department. He deals with the claim in a timely fashion and to report to insurers so that satisfactory outcome can be achieved for the client. with regards to Commercial Insurance the requirements for each client are different, therefore it is necessary to carefully assess the demands and needs so that suitable insurance product is provided to the client. He can speak to client in Urdu, Hindi and Arabic which helps the client understand their insurance policy. This is one of the reason why client insure with Crownsway on a long term basis.
