1. Introduction Welcome to Crownsway Insurance Brokers Limited (“Crownsway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of our services, website, and any related communications. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. Our Services Crownsway provides insurance brokerage services, including risk assessment, policy placement, and claims assistance. We act as intermediaries between clients and insurers to secure appropriate coverage.
3. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their insurance needs. Failure to disclose relevant details may affect coverage or result in policy voidance. It is the client’s responsibility to review policy terms and notify us of any necessary amendments.
4. Fees & Payments Our brokerage fees and commissions are disclosed transparently. Any applicable charges will be communicated prior to policy placement. Clients must ensure timely payment of premiums to maintain policy coverage.
5. Policy Cancellation & Refunds Policy cancellations are subject to the terms set by the insurer. Refund eligibility and deductions depend on the insurer’s cancellation policy. Our brokerage fees may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability Crownsway is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate client information, insurer decisions, or third-party actions. We provide guidance based on available information but do not guarantee insurer acceptance or claim approvals.
7. Data Protection & Privacy We handle client data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information is used for insurance services and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law or regulatory bodies.
8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution We strive to provide excellent service. If you have a complaint, please contact us, and we will aim to resolve it promptly. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service or another relevant body.
9. Governing Law These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
10. Amendments We may update these T&Cs periodically. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
